How did someone become a knight?

Have you ever wondered how somebody became a knight?well if you have this post will have cool information i bet you didn't know.

someone became a knight as a descendant of knight.if someone is a descendant of a knight,then they would become a page to another knight at 8 years old.at 14 years old the teen would become a squire.and once the boy is 21,they would officially become a knight by going to a ceremony called a dubbing.at the ceremony a king,queen,or a lord would tap the boy on the shoulder and say,"arise sir knight,"and at that moment,that boy was know a knight and could make his armor.

What kinds of weapons did they they use and how did they use them

Most of you think you know what weapons that the knights used but do you know how they used them?This will tell you some weird weapons that the medieval knights used.

Sword: slice enemies from close range

Bow and Arrow: launch a sharp stick from an arch shaped stick,long range weapons

Crossbow: similar to the bow and arrow but has a trigger,long range

Spears: throw at a person or meant for stabbing people,long and short range depending on how and how much strength is used

Ax: mostly used to chop enemies from close range on a horse,short range

War boomerangs: used to hit enemies from a pretty far range but probably never killed anyone

What was used for armor how did a knight get it

You may have seen a knight from medieval times in a movie or in a n article but have you ever wondered how someone Evan got their armor,i have.If you have too read this passage and you will find out lots.

First of all, a knight had to supply his own armor.He had to find the materials and Evan make it.One type of armor was chain mail.this was a shirt-like armor that saved many live.This was made by linking together many little loops that usually took 3-4 days straght.another type of armor is the plate armor.Plate armor was heavier than chian mail but it was easier and faster to make.This as well saved many lives like the chain mail armor.

What are Tuetonic Knights and what did they do

Have you ever heard of a Teutonic knight?I haven't until I researched them, let me tell you a little bit about what found out.

This is a knight Templar,to start of,they were very religious people,just like the Templar knights.Also like the Templar knights there were very few who weren't religious.They fought along side Christians and the heavens during war.They wore a white surcoat with a black cross on it for a uniform as you can see in the picture above.During their time period they lived in eastern Europe.During their free time they played musical instruments most of the time and danced to songs.

First of all, they were very religious people.Most of them were religious but there were very few who weren't that you might find sonmewere.They were also determined to protect the Pilgrims.They would try and keep them safe from harm and raids.for a uniform, they wore white cloak with a red cross on it during battles,before battles,and after battles.On average they fought with 300-400 soldiers during war.After awhile Eventually they became very rich from the wars and battles they fought.
